Visitors' Visa

Relatives Visa
We prepare Relatives Visa for the following persons to accompany an SA Citizen / SA Permanent Resident :
- Foreign spouses who are married to or in a Permanent Life Partnership relationship with an SA Citizen / SA Permanent Resident may apply for a Relatives Visa (Spouse) ;
- Foreign Children who are accompanying and residing with an SA Citizen / SA Permanent Resident parent are eligible to apply for Relatives Visa (dependent child) ; Foreign parents who wish to accompany and reside with an adult major child who is an SA Citizen / SA Permanent Resident are eligible to apply for a Relatives Visa (Major Parent)
- Note :
- In all cases where an immediate family member of an SA Citizen / SA, Permanent Resident ( as described above ) applies for a Relatives Visa, the SA Citizen is required to comply with a minimum prescribed Income to be earned / received on a regular monthly basis.
- Where foreign spouses and dependent children of an SA Citizen / SA Permanent Resident are in South Africa on a valid Visitors Visa such persons may apply from within South Africa to change to a Relative Visa and are no longer required to return to their home country to do so.
Short-term work visa

Study Visa

General Work Visa
